Christian Eriksen has been told to find a new team

Christian Eriksen, a former teammate of Son Heung-min (Tottenham) and widely recognized as a miracle survivor of cardiac arrest, has been told by his club Manchester United to find a new team.

‘United have told Eriksen to find a new club,’ British media outlet Football Insider reported on Saturday (KST).

‘United have told Eriksen he is free to find a new club before Aug. 31, sources told Football Insider. Eriksen, 32, has just one year left on his contract at United. United manager Eric Tenhag explained that he no longer has Eriksen in his plans.

The summer transfer window closes on August 30 at 11 p.m. UK time.

Football Insider reports that ‘Denmark international Eriksen is looking increasingly likely to leave Old Trafford before the transfer window closes. United are receiving offers from several clubs for Eriksen. Turkiye and Saudi Arabian clubs are also keeping tabs on Eriksen.

Football Insider added: ‘United are reportedly willing to sell Eriksen, even for a small fee. United want to cash in on Eriksen to raise funds. United signed Eriksen on a free transfer three years ago. He has since made 72 appearances for the club, 파워볼실시간 but his impact has begun to diminish.

Eriksen made just 28 appearances last season.

Only 14 of them were starts. His time on the bench gradually increased. He also missed the Community Shield against Man City.

United sold Mason Greenwood, Aaron Wambisaka, and Donny Vanderbeek in the summer transfer window. They brought in Lenny Yoro and Matthijs Derrikht. United are reportedly keen to offload Eriksen and want PSG’s Manuel Ugarte.

Eriksen has been a key midfielder for Tottenham since 2013. He has been a mainstay in Tottenham’s core midfield since 2013. Eriksen has since moved to Inter Milan.

In 2021, he collapsed while playing for Denmark at Euro 2020. He went into cardiac arrest. Eriksen was put on a defibrillator and vowed to make a comeback. He made a successful comeback at Brentford. His popularity soared as he returned to his best. Man United and his hometown club, Tottenham, were after him again. Eriksen chose United, who promised him “Son Heung-min-esque” treatment.

Eriksen also played for Denmark at Euro2024 last summer. He scored a goal against Slovenia in the first round of the group stage.

Now, however, his future is unclear as his place in the team has diminished.
