‘Monthly TSG’ is K-League tactical and data analysis content published by the federation and is published every month.

Monthly TSG’ is characterized by the fact that the Technical Research Group (TSG) under the Federation’s Technical Committee directly participates in its production, ensuring in-depth content and expertise.

In this November issue of ‘Monthly TSG’, we looked back at the K-League 1 and 2 rankings and major game data from last October

selected the monthly best team, best player, and best match, and covered them in depth.

The best team selected Gimcheon Sangmu, who won all four games held in October and was in hot pursuit of K-League 2 leader Busan I’Park.

Here, we conducted an in-depth analysis of Gimcheon’s flexible tactical operation and strong pressure tactics between the two formations.

The best player introduced Jeonnam Dragons striker Valdivia, who has been performing outstandingly since his first season in K League 2.

Valdivia currently has the most attack points among all K-League 1 and 2 players with 13 points and 14 assists, which is a figure that contributed to half of Jeonnam’s total scores (54 goals) this season.

In particular, Valdivia is the first K League 2 player to be selected as the cover and best player since the federation launched Monthly TSG in September of last year.

The best match was selected as the match between Daegu FC and Jeonbuk Hyundai in the 34th round of K League 1 held at DGB Daegu Bank Park on October 21.

On this day’s game, Baek Seung-ho, Park Jin-seop, and Song Min-gyu, the main players of Jeonbuk’s AG gold medal

all played and beat Daegu 2-1, avenging the loss they suffered at home in the 32nd round.

Here, we included an analysis of Jeonbuk’s and Daegu’s two build-up patterns, which attacked between Daegu’s lines.

In addition, the November issue of ‘Monthly TSG’ includes a review of the 2021 FA Cup finals reviewed by TSG member Jeon Gyeong-jun (then Jeonnam coach)

who caused the miracle of Jeonnam winning the FA Cup in K League 2 in 2021, and a review of the polarization of market share within the K League.

It contains a variety of content that fans will find interesting, such as ‘TSG Topic’.

The November issue of ‘Monthly TSG’ was published on the K League’s official website in the form of a web magazine (PDF), and anyone can download it for free.
