‘EPL up!’ Leicester beat WBA 2-1 with ‘Vardy goal’ to take league lead with 3 games to go
Leicester City defeated West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at home thanks to a Jamie Vardy goal. The Foxes moved back to the top of the English Premier League (EPL) standings with three games remaining and boosted their chances of promotion.

With the win, Leicester snapped a two-game winless streak. The Foxes also moved to 91 points, two points ahead of second-place Ipswich Town (89). The gap to third-place Leeds United (87 points) is now four points.
