Casemiro, one of the world’s best central midfielders during his heyday at Real Madrid, has been left out of Brazil’s roster.

‘Man Utd midfielder Casemiro has been left out of Brazil’s squad for next month’s Copa America,’ the BBC reported on Nov. 11 (ET).

Casemiro still has two more years left on his contract with United.

Casemiro wore a Real jersey in 2013. He moved to United in 2022. Casemiro won five titles with Real, including three Primera Liga titles, one Copa del Rey and three consecutive Champions League titles. With the Brazilian national team, he lifted the 2019 Copa America trophy.
